Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery from the time your order has shipped.

Priority Mail orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive once you receive shipping confirmation.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking information will not be provided once the package leaves the United States. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery. Priority International Shipping for international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Tracking information will be provided. Delivery is generally 6-10 business days.

International Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail does not provide tracking information and is uninsured. If you'd like to be able to track the progress of your shipment, please select the Priority International Mail option. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Repairs:

Maslo Jewelry will repair your jewelry free of charge up to one month from the receipt of goods, thereafter a repair fee of will be charged for each item. Please contact info@maslojewelry.com for further information.

 

Metals:

Maslo Jewelry uses a variety of materials including Gold Filled and Sterling silver chains, Sterling Silver, Brass, Rhodium, PTLUXE and 14K Gold plating. Earring posts are made from surgical steel, Gold Filled or or Sterling Silver. Please refer to the product descriptions for the particular materials in each piece.

Our jewelry is plated with a heavy and durable 14K Gold Plate, Silver Plate, PTLUXE Plate or Rhodium finish. 

Friendly Reminder: Our jewelry is created for adult use. Please keep your accessories out of reach from babies and young children. The pieces, in whole or parts, can be swallowed and pose a choking hazard.

 

Cleaning:

To protect and extend the life of your jewelry please treat your pieces with care and remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Be sure to apply any lotions, perfumes, oils, hairspray, makeup or sunscreen before putting on your jewelry as this will ensure it retains its shine for as long as possible.

It’s best to store your jewelry in a cool, dry environment and keep it in the enclosed jewelry pouch in between wears.

For Silver Plated or Sterling Silver jewelry storing it in the provided air tight zip lock bag with your anti-tarnish tab, away from heat, light and humidity will help to prevent any oxidation that naturally occurs. 

To clean, wipe your jewelry gently with a damp cloth, if tarnish occurs wipe gently with the enclosed polishing cloth. Mild soap and warm water can be used for a deeper cleaning. 

 

BRASS JEWELRY & CARE:

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc known for its resemblance to gold.

Over time raw brass has a tendency to develop a patina adding to the pieces character.

To protect and extend the life of your jewelry please treat your pieces with care and remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Be sure to apply any lotions, perfumes, oils, hairspray, makeup or sunscreen before putting on your jewelry as this will ensure it retains its shine for as long as possible.

It’s best to store your brass jewelry in the enclosed air-tight plastic bag with your anti-tarnish tab in between wears to keep it looking bright. To clean, wipe your jewelry gently with a damp cloth or the enclosed polishing cloth. A gentle brass cleaner may also be used to restore your jewelry to its original shine.

 

STERLING SILVER JEWELRY & CARE:

Sterling Silver s a precious metal alloy composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.

With regular, consistent wear your sterling silver jewelry should retain its shine. Please note that over time oxidation can occur.

To protect and extend the life of your jewelry please treat your pieces with care and remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Be sure to apply any lotions, perfumes, oils, hairspray, makeup or sunscreen before putting on your jewelry as this will ensure it retains its shine for as long as possible.

It’s best to store your sterling silver jewelry in the enclosed air-tight plastic bag with your anti-tarnish tab in between wears to keep it looking bright.

Please use the enclosed polishing cloth to wipe your jewelry clean. For a deeper clean a mixture of warm water and gentle dish soap can be used. A gentle silver cleaner may also be used to restore your jewelry to it’s original shine.

 

GOLD FILLED JEWELRY & CARE:

The best alternative to pure gold, 14K Gold Filled Jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold mechanically pressure bonded to a base metal. By law it requires that 1/20^th or 5% of the piece is pure gold by weight. This thick outer layer of gold makes it highly durable and safe for people with allergies or sensitive skin.

While gold filled jewelry requires less care than other materials it’s best to rinse your gold filled jewelry with warm water and or gently wipe it down after wear with the enclosed soft polishing cloth. Avoiding contact with extremely harsh chemicals is recommended.

 

GOLD AND SILVER PLATING & JEWELRY CARE:

Plating is a process where a thin layer of gold or silver is bonded onto a base metal.

Many of our pieces are plated with an extra heavy 14K Gold or Silver plate to ensure for longevity.
