Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping:

Due to shipping carrier delays, delivery timelines may be longer than expected. If you have not received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number please be sure to check your spam folder.

Please allow up to one week for all orders to ship from the time payment is
received as they are made to order unless otherwise noted.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Please allow
2-7 business days for delivery from the time your order has shipped.

Priority Mail orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to
arrive once you receive shipping confirmation.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping. It's
best to contact your local Postal Service to inquire about your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking information will not be provided once the package leaves the United States. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery. Please note that due to delays in the US Postal service your order may take longer than usual to arrive. We appreciate your patience.

Priority International Shipping for international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Tracking information will be provided. Delivery is generally 6-10 business days.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that occur during shipping.

International Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail does not provide tracking information and is uninsured. If you'd like to be able to track the progress of your shipment, please select the Priority International Mail option. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Returns:

Maslo Jewelry will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt with tags attached. Please contact: info@maslojewelry.com for further information.

 

Repairs:

Maslo Jewelry will repair your jewelry free of charge up to one month from the receipt of goods, thereafter a repair fee of will be charged for each item. Please contact info@maslojewelry.com for further information.
